9. Disclaimer Regarding CoachesCollWi provides a platform for independent certified coaches to offer services to users. While we may vet and onboard coaches to uphold our standards, each coach operates independently, and CollWi is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for the actions, advice, or conduct of any coach using the platform.By using the platform, you agree that any engagement with a coach is at your own discretion and risk.10. Account Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
CollWi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious behavior.
You may deactivate your account at any time by following the provided instructions on the platform.
